Registration for participation on the web will open from noon on December 13, 2023(Wed)[JST], so please make sure you select the correct registration type.
For those attending at the venue
Please register online before coming to the venue.

If you have already registered, please hold up the QR code displayed on the "Registration My Page" to the machine at the reception desk to receive your registration badge.

Attention for Session Attendees
Please be sure to write your name and affiliation on your registration card (and receipt) and carry it with you when you are in the venue.
No one will be allowed to enter the venue without a ticket to exchange for a participation certificate or a participation certificate (and receipt).
Attending Co-sponsored Seminars
Registered participants will be able to attend various co-sponsored seminars.
No tickets will be distributed for the co-sponsored seminars.
WEB Viewing
To view the seminars on the web, please use the 8-digit web viewing ID provided on the My Page for Registration to access the viewing site (URL provided on My Page for Registration) and view the seminars.
You can view the webcast in three languages: Japanese, English, and the original language.
1. Registration Fee & Period
- Scientific Session: 11,000 JPY/person
- Banquet（Feb. 10th, 18:30-21:30）: 1,100 JPY/ticket
- Payment Method: Credit Card Only
- Registration Period: noon 22 November 2023 – 1:30 pm, 11 February 2024 (JST: UCT+9)
2. Registration Instruction:
- Once your registration is completed, you receive the confirmation message sent to your registered email address.
- Please bring this confirmation message to the reception desk on site and receive your ID to access the scientific sessions and exhibition.
- Registered participants can subscribe on-demand viewing after the conference.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Refund is not accepted for any reasons.
