Journalists wishing to cover ICAPS2024, are asked to register beforehand; coverage will be allowed only upon agreeing with the following rules on coverage.
Please follow the details below and fill out the application form.

Approval notification will be sent out via email from the ICAPS2024 Secretariat.
Registration will be free for approved journalists. Please come to the General Information Desk.

The copyright of the lectures belongs to the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists (hereinafter referred to as “the Society”). Permission from the Society, Speakers, and Moderators is needed to take pictures of the presentation slides and recording lectures.
To cover the Corporate Supported Symposiums, permission from the Sponsor is needed. Please receive a “Corporate Pass” ticket from a corporate personnel before covering the symposium. For coverage of the conference itself, no permission is needed.
Usage of mobile phones or other devices of communication is prohibited at ICAPS2024. Please switch your devices to silent mode.

You are free to enter and exit areas that are open to the general participants. You may not enter the rooms provided for various committees or meeting rooms. For Corporate Supported Symposiums, permission from the Sponsors is needed.
In case an ICAPS2024 staff member should make a request or instruct you, please follow instructions regardless of this guideline.
Media activities that have nothing to do with ICAPS2024 will not be allowed during the Congress.
Please do not cover presentations and discussions that may lead to individuals being identified or items that may violate an individual’s privacy.
The Secretariat will not make any appointments or make any arrangements for the media to interview researchers, doctors, or individual participants during the Conference.
Before publishing the results of your coverage in public media, etc., please send the manuscript to the Secretariat of the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists. We will confirm the contents. Please refrain from publishing without permission. Please present the published item to the Secretariat of the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists after publication.
