GEヘルスケア・ジャパン「Tec６プラス気化器デスフルラン」を使用中に，「NO OUTPUT」アラームが発生し
麻酔剤の供給が停止したという事例がありました．
同製品は電子部品等を用いた精密機器であり，麻酔剤が不足した（20ml未満になった）場合の他，
内部故障が発生した場合，電源障害の場合にも，同様に「NO OUTPUT」アラームが発生します．

導入施設におかれましては，「NO OUTPUT」アラームは，麻酔剤不足のケースだけでなく
製品自体が故障している場合，電源障害の場合にも発生することを認識いただき，
以下のGEヘルスケア・ジャパン報告書を十分ご確認の上，術前テスト，定期メンテナンスを
行なっていただきますようお願い致します．
