Outline of JSA

Philosophy

The aim of JSA is to protect patient’s lives and provide safe and comfortable medical care through biological management in emergency and intensive care using pain management and palliative medical care for dealing with disease and surgery, focusing on biological management of patients during the perioperative period.

The JSA achieves these aims through the following activities:

1. Providing continuing education to maintain high quality anesthesiologists.

2. Promotion of advanced studies and the development of new medical techniques.

3. Education of the general public about the latest benefits of anesthesiology.

4. Providing medical care in cooperation with other medical experts.

5. Contributions to international medical care.
